Monthly SOCO Academy subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company they wish to cancel.
We understand it’s easy to forget about subscriptions, so we will only issue refunds for the current month’s subscription if a cancel request is initiated within 7 days of the charge.
However, please note that this only applies to recurring charges, not the first charge. Therefore we won’t refund your initial purchase, only subsequent monthly payments.
Annual SOCO Academy subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company they wish to cancel.
We understand it’s easy to forget about subscriptions, so we will only issue refunds for the current year’s subscription if a cancel request is initiated within 7 days of the charge.

Where is my refund? My refund was approved, but it’s been more than 7 days.
Approved refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account – however, refunds to international payment methods may take longer. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.
Simple passwords are easily compromised. We require only strong passwords to be used for our site and highly recommend sticking to the password we provide. Strong passwords utilise combinations of characters, numbers, as well as upper- and lower-case letters and are 8 or more characters long.
Recycling is good for the environment, but not for your password security! Don’t be tempted to overuse your “favourite” ones; instead, opt for a unique string of characters every time.
Please be aware that select administrators can see your password to allow them access and to help you with your account should the need arise. Just another reason, to stick to the initial password we provide upon sign up.
You agree that SOCO Academy, including but not limited to SOCO/ Sales Training products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, booklets, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement SOCO Academy Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by SOCO/ Sales Training and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
You agree that you will not use Soco Sales Training’s proprietary information or materials in any way except for the purpose of learning for the person the license has been given to. No portion of SOCO Academy may be reproduced in any form or by any means without expressed written permission from SOCO Sales Training. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the SOCO Academy Services in any manner. You shall not exploit the SOCO Academy brand in any unauthorised way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespassing or burdening network capacity.
