Accountability – Your Role as a Leader
Your role as the team leader is to keep your team members accountable. Praise the learners who are completing the courses and encourage the ones who aren’t to continue on their learning journey.
We have found that the teams with active and engaged leaders are the ones who are most likely to complete all courses. Without it, some learners will excel on their own, while others won’t do anything without a push.
We hope you will help your team get the most out of their SOCO Academy subscription.
You can do this inside the leader portal (ProPanel). Once there you may need to filter by team if you are the leader of more than 1 team. Make sure to press the button ‘Filter’ to show results.
The easiest way to see the status of the learners is to download the Course and Quiz reports at the two buttons shown below in the Leader Portal
Once you open the reports you’ll be able to see how many steps (or more specifically videos) out of the total possible videos each participant has completed in each course. Here you’ll also be able to see when they started the course, where they stopped and when they last logged in.
In the quiz report you’ll be able to see the quizzes they have attempted or completed along with their score.
